By advertising and or accepting any services through Oeveren PtyLtd T/A Your Quote (now referred to as ‘YQ’) or YQ's website you ("Applicant") agree to the following terms and conditions

FEES, PAYMENT and CONDITIONS

Advertising costs include the set up of the add only. All wording, animations and pictures to be supplied by the applicant.

Advertising Management: As consideration for the Application any form of advertising and acceptance of any services through YQ, the Applicant agrees to pay YQ the applicable fees for the Advertising and any ongoing management. All fees are non-refundable. Failure to pay Advertising fees within seven days of the due date will result in the Advertisement being withdrawn from YQ's website and the advertising space will be made available to others. A fee may be charged for reactivation of your account and no guarantee is given to YQs' website advertising placement availability when you reactivate your account.

The Applicant shall indemnify YQ and any representative of YQ against any action, demand, cost, liability or loss due to any damage, loss of data, typing or wording discrepancies, misrepresentation caused or contributed to by the applicant with services acquired by the Applicant through YQ. YQ reserves the right to modify and or change the terms and conditions at any time.YQ will not give any guarantees, undertakings or warranties concerning hypertext linking.

Refund: If the Applicant is unhappy with any of the services or products provided by YQ the applicant can claim a full refund by sending in a written complaint to our administration within 30days of YQs' acquisition of the applicant’s funds for the advertising space..
